Customer Support

BVD Systems in partnership with its principals offer a range of maintenance and fault-fix programs to suit the needs of its customers.  The support services can range from 24/7 coverage to one-off fault repairs.  Remote monitoring and diagnostics are standard features from many of our principals and help enhance maintainability.  Training will enable customers to be more self-reliant and can be either on-site or in the factory, on-the-job or in the classroom; or a combination of them.
